When you take out an advance with Exhale, your payment schedule is automatically calculated based on the details of the advance and your paycheck settings.
By default, auto pay will be turned on. When auto pay is on, payments are automatically deducted from each paycheck until the advance is fully repaid. This makes it easy to stay on track and stress less about when payments are due.
If you choose to turn off auto pay, we'll send you email reminders before each payment due date. From the email, you can click the "make a payment" button to access Exhale and make your next payment.
Making a manual payment
You can add a payment toward your advance any time, even if you're using auto pay.
⚠️ If you're using auto-pay and make a manual payment, your automatic payment will still be deducted from your next paycheck as scheduled, and the remaining amount due will be adjusted to account for your manual payment.
To make a manual payment:
- Log in to Exhale and go to your Perks
- Find your advance and select View advance
- Select Make a payment now
- Choose which bank account you'd like to repay from
- Select a payment amount. You can either choose the total outstanding balance or enter a custom amount.
- Select Make payment now
Your payment history is recorded in Exhale so you can keep track of how much you've paid and how much payment is remaining.
Turning off auto-pay
