Once an employee is invited to Exhale, they'll be able to create an account, connect their paycheck, and start using Perks. You can invite multiple employees at once, or one by one.
Before your organization starts using Exhale, we'll take care of importing and inviting your employees for you. If you need to invite additional employees later, please feel free to contact us and we'll be happy to help! If you prefer to invite employees yourself, follow the steps below.
Inviting multiple employees at once
- Log in to Exhale HQ
- From the Home tab, click Invite to Exhale
- Check the box next to each employee you want to invite. Tip: If you have many employees, you can use filtering to narrow down the list.
- Use the toggles on the right side to send invites by email, text message, or both
- Click the Invite employees button
If an employee doesn't have an email or phone number in Exhale, we recommend updating their profile with at least one contact method to ensure they receive their invite.
Inviting a single employee
- Log in to Exhale HQ
- From the Home tab, click All employees
- Select the employee you want to invite. Tip: You can quickly find an employee by typing their name in the Find employees box at the top of the page.
- From the employee's account page, locate the section that says Invite to Exhale and click to open it
- Make sure the employee's contact information is correct, and choose whether to invite by email, text message, or both
- Click Invite to Exhale
Invitation emails and links
Once invited, employees will receive an invitation with a link to sign up. Each employee has their own sign-up link that connects them to your organization. You can access this link anytime by going to the employee's account in Exhale HQ and clicking Invite to Exhale.
If an employee doesn't sign up within two days of receiving their invitation, we'll send them a series of automatic reminder emails. You can also resend an invite reminder yourself anytime by following the steps above.
